pins cannot be connect in orcad capture cis

Well, i download the ep3c16f484 symbol and footprint from altera website,

when i use the symbol in orcad capture cis project, the B part(ep3c16f484 is divided into 4 parts to describe itself) pins cannot be connect while other three parts(A,C,D) works well.

i have searched on the net, buf found nothing that could help me out.

can anyone here give me some help?

The attachment give a simple view of my problem.

    Looks to me like you've purely got an Orcad problem. Specifically, I'd guess your grid size needs to be adjusted. The schematic symbols were obviously created with a different grid size than what you are currently using. They may have been using mil (SAE) and you may be using mm (metric).

    thanks for your replying.

    well, i use the B page type in orcad with the mil as unit.

    superislying, in all total four symbol parts of ep3c16f484, A,C,D three parts work well whose pins can be connected normally, just B part cannot be connected.

    I checked the issue you said in orcad, but i donot get it out.

    i am sorry for my carelessness.

    when i zoomed in the schematic(upsetted and unintentionally), i found that B part pins are all have a tiny offset with the grid, so i think you are right, jake.

    (i am sorry for not getting your point at the very beginning)

    i reedit the B part pins, and now they can be connected normally.

    it is curious that the four parts of ep3c16f484 are not edited under the same unit.
