other version Modelsim can be used in SOPC builder?

I am using Quartus 9.1.In SOPC builder,when I use the Modelsim SE 6.5 as HDL simulator,There will be an error when the system is Generate.The error is shown in Attachments,Who can tell me why?

    which version of ModelSim-SE 6.5? the version bundled and tested with Quartus II 9.1 looks like 6.5b
