Dear Sharon,
Please tell me the story of this part, how you discovered it have failure to ground? How the it was measured, and such as that. Also, did you observe a functional failure in the operation of the devices?
* Each case must ONLY have one OPN.

Good Morning, Lets start with these 4 first: 10AS066N3F40E2SG - 4 parts with date code 1913 failed at testing scan. Rework activities (x-ray, reflow) showed no faults in the solder application. Replaced all 4 parts with new ones and all 4 boards passed. Suspect faulty FPGA's. Hi Sharon,

Can you confirm what pin is P1V8?

Hi Sharon,
I will be covering for Wani as she is out for maternity leave.
I will initiate private message for ease of FA support.
One thing to take note is Intel typically support FA case per FPGA product family. We don't mix failure cases from 2 different FPGA product family into same FA report.
May I proposed to use this case for 10AS066N3F40E2SG FA debug discussion while pls open another new forum case for 5SGXEABH40C2NGA FA debug ?
Thanks.
Regards,
dlim

Hi Sharon,
Intel has shared the FA report and Dale also has explained the FA result analysis to Benchmark.
Feel free to reach out to Dale if Benchmark still has any follow up questions.
For my side, I am setting this case to closure.
Thanks.

dlim
