Good Morning, Lets start with these 4 first: 10AS066N3F40E2SG - 4 parts with date code 1913 failed at testing scan. Rework activities (x-ray, reflow) showed no faults in the solder application. Replaced all 4 parts with new ones and all 4 boards passed. Suspect faulty FPGA's.
