Need pinout file for 10M08SAM153C8, Excel or TXT format

We have a board with this part on it, I'm am looking to add more I/O and want to check the validity of the schematic and the open pins. It would be good to have the 10M04SAM153C8 pinout files too, to check some migration questions. Even when I am logged into Intel site this part's pinout does not seem to be in the documentation.

You can get the pinout file for 10M08SA here, I have check and found it.
