Need a complete datasheet

I need a complete datasheet of series Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) IC 130 193536 4000 169-LFBGA which includes pin description, pin position and VR land in a same document for the below part.

Part No : 10M04SAU169I7G.

Can you please share the required datasheet.

You can get datasheet from this link : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/max/10/docs.html?s=Newest

on the left hand column, please check the "datasheet" in the checkbox, it will filter only datasheet in the document list.
