nCEO Dual-Use for master in Active Serial?

Hello,

I'd like to find out whether I can use the nCEO pin both as a configuration control pin on the Master FPGA in a Active Serial configuration setup (Cyclone III), and then after configuration has completed, use it as a normal user output pin.

Will Quartus II let me specifiy such a setup if possible?
