MTTF/MTBF of EP4CE15U14I7N

Dear Sir/Madam, Could you inform me regarding the MTTF/MTBF of the p/n EP4CE15U14I7N? Thanks in advance Stathakis Alex.

Thank you for using Intel FPGA Community Forum

The reliability monitoring report that contains FIT can only be downloaded via RDC, requiring registration.

However, i can provide the FIT and MTTF , but not able to attach here the reliability monitoring report.
