Need MSL and ESD (HBM=Human Body Model) class rating for the following FPGA 1. 5CEFA4M13I7N (IC,CYCLONE FPGA,13X13MM,223 IO,383 MBGA 2. 5CEFA4U19A7N (IC,CYCLONE FPGA,19X19MM,224 IO,484 UBGA)
