mountdevsubfs.sh is missing in Ubuntu9.10

Hi ,I installed new Ubuntu 9.10 version and after that I installed Altera quartus II and Nios EDS .I want to setup USB blaster in my ubuntu9.10 system.But I cant find mountdevsubfs.sh script in /etc/...

I've never seen mountdevsubfs.sh mentioned in relation to the USB Blaster. Why are you looking for it? What isn't working on 9.10? I'm using Ubuntu 9.04, with no issues, here, and would like to know what (if any) problems exist before I consider updating to 9.10.
