Thank you for your suggestions.

 

I checked the requested items and found the following:

 

1. トレンドマイクロのApex Oneバージョンは、影響を受けたPCと動作中のPCの両方で同じです。

 

2. 故障時期のApex Oneログを確認しました。しかし、Trend Micro Apex Oneや他のセキュリティソフトウェアがModelSim関連のファイルやプロセスをブロック、隔離、干渉した証拠は見つかりませんでした。

 

3. 影響を受けたPCにインストールされているApex Oneバージョンは、すでに最新の入手可能なバージョンです。

 

もう一つ、関連するかもしれない観察があります。

 

ModelSimを起動した後、再起動ボタンは最初は正常に動作します。しかし、再起動ボタンを2回押し直すと、ModelSimが予期せず終了します。この行動は新しいもので、これまで一度も観察したことがありません。

 

他に確認すべきことがあれば教えてください。

    Dear ZiYingE_Altera,

     

    Thank you for your follow-up.

     

    I tried the suggested steps, but error code 211 still appears when I restart ModelSim.

     

    However, I found that if I reboot the PC, error code 211 does not occur for the rest of the day, even if I restart ModelSim.

    Occasionally, the same error may appear again around the afternoon, but after rebooting the PC once more, the error disappears.

     

    Therefore, the issue has not been completely resolved, but I am currently able to use ModelSim by rebooting the PC as a workaround.

     

    Please let me know if there are any additional checks or settings that I should try to identify the root cause.

    Hi matsu,

     

    Just wanted to follow up on my previous message in case it was overlooked.
     

    Would it be possible for you to provide a minimal reproducible test case so that we can reproduce the issue on our side?
     

    You may package the project into a .qar file, then compress it into a .zip file before uploading it here, as the forum only accepts certain file formats. A .zip file is usually the safest option.

        Hi ZiYing,

         

        Sorry for the delayed response.

         

        I thought I had already sent my reply, but it seems the message was not delivered.

         

        I am attaching DEBUG_LED.zip.

        With this module, I get Error (211) when I click the Restart button in ModelSim.

         

        Could you please check whether you can reproduce this issue?
