MAX V Exposed pad solder reflow problem-2

Hi

I have an additional question related to my previous question.
Is there a standard for the contact area of the exposed PAD of MAXV QFP64 with the printed circuit board?
For example, 50% or more.

Thank you for your support.

    Hi Nakaj,

As I refer to last conversations, you are decided not to do the rework due to customer request.

May I know the background for this new question?

    Regards,

    Aqid

      Hi Aqid,

      Thank you for your reply.

We decided not to do rework due to the customer's request,

but we are currently discussing the quality of the reflow soldering with the customer.

I posted it here because a customer asked me a question of contact area of exposed PAD.

      Regards,

      Nakaj

      Hi Aqid,

Rather than the size of the PAD, I would like to know what percentage of the PAD's solder

needs to be in contact with the board.

      Regards,

      Nakaj
