MAX 10 FPGAs in die form

Hi, I tried asking Intel online help this question and got re-directed here!?

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy MAX10 FPGAs in die form?

Thanks,

Steve.

    Hello,

Only the following MAX 10 devices have bare die sales support.

    10M02

    10M08

    10M16

    10M25

    10M50

You may want to contact your local distributor to purchase this bare die products.

    best regards,

    Farabi

      Hello Farabi,

I would like to follow-up on Steve's request about the bare sales die of MAX10 devices. Can you please direct this query to your responsible business unit and directly put us in touch with them?

Not sure why the distributor needs to be involved in this case since Intel owns the MAX10 family?

      Looking forward to your response.

      Thank you,

      Maithil

    Thanks.

I have another question. I'm trying to do the class on the Intel web-site "Become An FPGA Designer in 4 hours" but I need the file fpga_designer.zip. When I go to the link specified on the Registration page it's broken. Also where do I find the Lab Manual for the Terasic DE-10 Lite board, I can only find the Lab Manual for the Cyclone V?

I never got an answer to this, but I have another question. Roughly how big is the MAX10M16 die, I need to know this to plan the layout in my module? How do I get more information on pad positions, etc.

    Thanks,

    Steve.
