MAX 10 FPGAs in die form

Hi, I tried asking Intel online help this question and got re-directed here!? Does anyone know if it's possible to buy MAX10 FPGAs in die form? Thanks, Steve.

I have another question. I'm trying to do the class on the Intel web-site "Become An FPGA Designer in 4 hours" but I need the file fpga_designer.zip. When I go to the link specified on the Registration page it's broken. Also where do I find the Lab Manual for the Terasic DE-10 Lite board, I can only find the Lab Manual for the Cyclone V?
