lots of Critical Warnings when recompile Cyclone III Starter Kit example

Dear all,

I obtain a lot of critical warnings when recomplie the cycloneIII_3c25_start_niosII_standard example provided by Cyclone III Starter Kit, including warnings about "Timing requirements not met". And how I do fix the timing requirements? Which warnings should I ignore, which warnings should I take care of? It is the provided example by Altera, I only upgrade the SOPC modules to 9.1. So Should I disregard the timing issues?
