Looking for TSCA information on small list of EPROM's and FPGA

Hello,

I have a small list of Intel EPOMs and FPGA that I'd like to determine if these contain any of the five 5 chemicals recently issued under final rules by the EPA on January 6, 2021 under TSCA. The substances are listed below

• Decabromodiphenyl ether (DecaBDE) 1163-19-5
• Phenol, isopropylated phosphate (3:1) (PIP (3:1)) 68937-41-7
• 2,4,6-Tris(tert-butyl)phenol (2,4,6-TTBP) 732-26-3 above 0.3%
Hexachlorobutadiene (HCBD) 87-68-3
• Pentachlorothiophenol (PCTP) 133-49-3


The products of interest are below

EPF6016QC208-3N
EPM3128ATC100-10N
EPM3512AQC208-10N

    I have a follow up question on the above concerning Intel’s TSCA document. When Intel states “ Intel products placed on the US market after June 2021” Does that mean new products that are introduced to the market place after June 2021 or does that include all legacy products which are sold after June 2021 also?
