Looking for TSCA information on small list of EPROM's and FPGA

I have a follow up question on the above concerning Intel’s TSCA document. When Intel states “ Intel products placed on the US market after June 2021” Does that mean new products that are introduced to the market place after June 2021 or does that include all legacy products which are sold after June 2021 also?
