Looking for specific Stratix product

That is a part number for an original Stratix series part (circa 2002) EPS1S size 10 package F672 speed grade C6 AND -ES means engineering sample. Nobody is likely going to have -ES versions of these parts anymore.

Mouser has some parts:

but these are speed grade 7, not 6, for $218 each.

It is possible when Altera originally produced the engineering samples (-ES) they tested as grade 6, but when they went into production the yield was mostly grade 7.

Can any one please suggest me the alternate part (pin compatible ) for MFN PN# EP1S10F672C7N and EPM3128ATC100-7N having long lead time?
