Honored ContributorThat is a part number for an original Stratix series part (circa 2002) EPS1S size 10 package F672 speed grade C6 AND -ES means engineering sample. Nobody is likely going to have -ES versions of these parts anymore.
Mouser has some parts: http://www.mouser.com/productdetail/intel-altera/ep1s10f672c7n/?qs=sgaepimzzmvwljdpjzyitjz6t9dupyh%252btkzq9ufjpok%3d but these are speed grade 7, not 6, for $218 each. It is possible when Altera originally produced the engineering samples (-ES) they tested as grade 6, but when they went into production the yield was mostly grade 7.
