Label Package for 5M240ZT144C4N & 5M240ZT144I5N

I understand about dual marking, but then, why the only I5N is shown on the package…?Not dual part number on the marking?thanks,see details in my attached pictures,the label only show I5N

    Hi,


    I understand your concern. However, it is completely normal as they served the same function. As long as you get the FPGA from Intel authorized distributor, then you are good to go.
