Issue with configuring EPCQ64A & Cyclone

Hello sir , i am also facing same kind of problem. when i am debugging my code , it working fine and i can access the EPCQ64A but when i run the code in standalone mode it, code works but cannot access the memory or write inside epcq64a.

i have quartus prime standard edition 23.1 with license of both NiosII and NiosV. I am using 10CL055YU484I7G and niosv/g as my processor .This whole projects works fine with NiosII processor. but now i want to migrate to NiosV. Kindly help me out.
