Issue with Altera Programming CPLD Device- 5M2210ZF256C4N

Question

Dear Sir/Madam,

While programming CPLD Device through XJRunner application, We are facing problem with Expected and Received Data error.
Expected - 1000110000001100
Received -  0000110000101100

Error code-1

For your reference please find the attached pic of the error.
We request you to resolve this issue asap.
