Is there any restriction of using Quartus Prime Eval license?

Hi, I plan to generate a Quartus Prime Pro evaluation license. Just wondering if it has any restrictions to use? will it allow users to generate a bitstream file? Thanks, Olive

Hello

Welcome to INTEL forum. Per my understanding, During Intel FPGA IP Evaluation

Mode, the Compiler only generates a time-limited device programming file (<project

name>_time_limited.sof) that expires at the time limit.

You only need to purchase a full production license for licensed Intel FPGA IP cores

after you complete hardware testing and are ready to use the IP in production.

    BTW, what is the name of this application note (an320-683502-667093.pdf)? I did not find it by searching the file name.
