Is it possible to edit the Reset Offset address of a .sof file without recompiling it?

Compilation of .sof files is pretty slow (~20 minutes) and I'll potentially be creating many with the only change being the Reset Offset.

You don't mention what device you're targeting, but most likely no. .sof is a binary programming file. Any change like that (for Nios V?) would need the IP regenerated and recompiled.
