Is it original or counterfeit part?

We bought EP2S60F672C4N from a broker, but 50% did not work.

The part pass our visual check with microscope. Who know where to check it is original or counterfeit? Urgently!!!

    I would contact Altera about this since they could have some suggestions (and would want to know this as well). You might have ended up with grey market parts that have been desoldered from boards and damaged in the process (or were already damaged). Issues like these are fairly common and is why it's important to purchase parts from official channels.
