inter board JTAG communication

Hi all, I'm using Altera Cyclone III board, can i use the JTAG header to configure another FPGA board (the altera Cyclone III bord send the programmer file by JTAG)?

No, all FPGA JTAG pins are dedicated pins that can't be driven from logic.
