How to use DM9000 to develop nichestack?

I had use DM9000 to develop LWIP in nios 6.0,but now the sotfwave has updata to 9.1.

In V 9.1 there is not LWIP,and the nios 9.1 only has the drive of lan91c111.

so I'd like to know How to use DM9000 to develop nichestack?

Is there an example?
