how to measure power of Nios II Cyclone III core after running a code in kit

I am using Quartus II 10.1 version cyclone III EP3c25f324c6 kit.

I dump the one design example on this kit and run my own c code on same Now I want to

measure the power required for this code.

Can anybody help me to "How I measure power required to this code".
