how can i get about 100Mbps~200Mbps TCP traffic using Ethernet ?

Hi : I want to use Ethernet to transmit huge of data (after AD processing) to PC. It is better to get about 100Mbps~200Mbps TCP traffic .I think it's hard for Nios II system to get this speeed...
