    1. Who sent you the EOL notice? because seems like i couldn't find it in our external website, but we will assist you on this.
    2. Is that the only document that you receive?
    3. Can you open the excel link in the ADV2001?

    The notice that your company received is just a pre-alert. All of the information you requested will be defined once we issued the actual EOL/PDN. Hence, please look forward for the actual PDN that will be released.
