floating license showing no check out

we successfully connect to the license server and checkout out licenses however there is no checkouts are showing up in the logs. [root@finnegan /home/admin]# ps -ef | grep altera flexlm ...

We increase the timestamp value seems to fixed the pb

find:lmgrd [ -app ] [ -c license_file ] [ -t timeout_interval ] [ -l logfile ]

[ -s timestamp_interval ] [ -2 -p ] [ -v ] [ -x lmdown ] [ -x lmremove ]
