Flash Programming in Command-Line Mode

Question

Hi, I have integrated the .elf contents into the .sof file; that is, this .sof file include both the hardware and software. I can also use Nios II Flash Programmer tool to program this .sof file to flash. However, I need to program the firmware to the flash for non-violation configuration in a PC which only has quartus II programmer. Is that possible? I prefer to use command-line mode, but I have no idea how to do it. Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you very much in advance!

There are a few methods for doing this. However, the method I use is to copy over only a few extra files:

and continue to use the nios2-flash-programmer. You can either write a little batch file or script to do this or do something more fancy. For help on the nios2-flash-programmer command line options:
