FIT RATE OF 10M08SCU169I7G

Hi there, I need the FIT rate with used temperature and activation energy (Ea) of device PN: 10M08SCU169I7G. Need the info for MTBF prediction on the products. Thanks, Quynh

Hi Ash,

SEU FIT is a separate exercise but it’s not what I’m looking for. What I’m looking for is actual FIT rate derive from stress test or field return so I can incorporate it into our product for overall MTBF base on MIL-HDBK-217F and using vendor data per VITA 51.1 recommendation. There’s section in Qual report similar to something below:
