File for HiLo external SPI flash burner

Not sure why you are asking me to try an .svf file.

The link you added appears to indicate: "In the Quartus Prime software, go to the Tools menu and select JTAG Chain Debugger"

That is *not* what I was trying to do. Not even close actually.

I am trying to use an external programmer - the HiLo standalone programmer.

Not sure if I misunderstood what you mentioned about the .svf file. Did you want me to use that to create another format?

My original question was:

"I need to program the SPI-flash with an external burner (programmer) from HiLo systems.

What is the file I need for this."

Let me know if you need more clarification.
