EULA for Quartus Prime Lite and Quest Intel FPGA Starter Edition

I have been unable to find the EULA for Quartus Prime Lite Edition or the Quest Intel FPGA Starter Edition. Can you please post links to the End User License Agreements for these two pieces of software? Our IT staff wants a copy of these for their review prior to allowing installation on a computer, and I cannot find it via searches or in the Licensing Center.

    Welcome to Intel forum. Based on my understanding, there are no license agreement of Quartus Prime lite and Quest Intel FPGA Starter Edition as this software is free version and the license is provided free in Self-Service Licensing Center. https://licensing.intel.com/
