ERROR with programer

Hello everyone, i have trouble with programing of my EP3C16Q240, i have my own board (schematic is in attached PDF). If i use USB blaster, quartus 9.0 says this: Info: Started Programmer operat...

so problem was in the programmer rev. B. thank you for advice, i replace yellow cable for standard ide cable and shorter, and everything is ok, Vaclav
