Could you please advice where I can find EPM7160S device file .qdz for Quartus II? I can't find this specific device in legacy device support for MAX 7000 family.
Could I use any alternative device?

Frequent ContributorQuartusII 13.0sp1 web/lite version supports the MAX7000S series, and the EPM7160S is an available device.
Download available here:
Note you have to use that version of QuartusII for MAX7000S support.
You can't just download a .qdz file and use it in another version of Quartus.
