EPM7160S device file .qdz

QuartusII 13.0sp1 web/lite version supports the MAX7000S series, and the EPM7160S is an available device.

Note you have to use that version of QuartusII for MAX7000S support.

You can't just download a .qdz file and use it in another version of Quartus.
