Does anyone know if this part is Rohs Exemption? It has a making "e1"=rohs. I don't expect having lead (Pb) but I'm getting a high content of Lead. Am I not understanding this doc by Altera? Datashe...

Occasional ContributorAltera's info is conflicting as Part has "e1" but datasheet has as Rohs5 (this mean lead (Pb) is also present. Does this mean Altera
read this as "component lead is e1 (SnAgCu) but due to Rohs5 (Suffix N), Lead (Pb) can also be present w/exemption, right?
