Hello! Can i drive the pll of this device (EP2C5t144C8N) at 25MHz? The pll is capable to lock with this input freq? tnx!!!

Honored ContributorYes, e.g. with 400 or 800 MHz VCO frequency. The easiest way to find out is to start the Quartus Megawizard.
