EP2C5t144C8N pll clock in range...

Hello! Can i drive the pll of this device (EP2C5t144C8N) at 25MHz? The pll is capable to lock with this input freq? tnx!!!

i need generate 80 Mhz clock out, and with 25 Mhz i can do it..
