Is it normal for these parts with this date/lot code to be remarked? I have this doc showing it being remarked but I don't know when this started? Can you trace and validate if this is made by Altera? Can you provide a doc showing remarked within this date/lot code? Is remarking normal for this part?

Based on our review, both the packaging and device markings match genuine Intel/Altera standards for this part and date code. There are no signs of remarking or counterfeit activity. The Altera branding is correct for this production period.
