Drivers Not Recognized

Question

I'm working on a device with Windows 11, using Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 std along with an Altera MAX V Development Kit. I installed all the proper drivers but the board is still not recognized in the device programmer. In device manager, it shows up under Other Devices as USB-Blaster with a usb icon with a small warning icon appended to it. Does anyone know a fix for this? Would using the 24.1 std edition fix this issue?
