Did CycloneIV have the same ISSUE as CycloneIII

the M9K memory block read issue in Cyclone III  the problem is BIG.

I don't know for certain, but my guess would be that this is not an issue for Cyclone IV.

According to the errata sheet for cyclone iii (http://www.altera.com/literature/ds/es_cyciii.pdf), this problem has even been fixed in some later revisions of the Cyclone III.

The errata sheet for the cyclone iv (http://www.altera.com/literature/es/es_cyciv.pdf) does not list the issue at all.
