the M9K memory block read issue in Cyclone III the problem is BIG.

Honored ContributorI don't know for certain, but my guess would be that this is not an issue for Cyclone IV.
According to the errata sheet for cyclone iii (http://www.altera.com/literature/ds/es_cyciii.pdf), this problem has even been fixed in some later revisions of the Cyclone III. The errata sheet for the cyclone iv (http://www.altera.com/literature/es/es_cyciv.pdf) does not list the issue at all.
