DE2-70 video Utility

i try to launch the de2-70 video utility "de2-70 video.exe" but i don't have succes. i clicked the download code button for the configuration but the programm can't find quartus2 and nios 2. I don't know where the problem is quartus2 and nios2 are correctly installed on my PC.
