DE-70 Board problem evaluation version

I have got my DE-70 development kit. It comes with quartus II evaluation version.I have multiprocessor application using refernce tutorial. My device is

EP2C70F896C6. When I selected that device after compilation it is not generating board_specific .sof file. Also It is showing JTAG ID error.

I don't know how to change the JTAG ID setting?

Can you plz help me?
