DDR differential DQS Cyclone 4

does Cyclone 4 Support differential DQS ?

I saw that Cyclone 4 GX DOES NOT , what about about

Cyclone E ?

if Cyclone E does not support ,

is it possible to create "pseodo" DQS# , (with "not" on it ) or the registers on the output can not have "not" ?
