Cyclone V VCCPD = 1.8V

Hello, I've been given this CCA to program, it contains a Cyclone V, 5CEFA5. The config memory is 1.8V, so the programming bank 3A is set to 1.8V. VCCIO3A is 1.8V, VCCPGM is 1.8V. But, it looks...

Yes, the VCCPD3A is giving you the error. You need to follow the pin connection guidelines for this case. Please set is to 2.5V and above per recommended by the guidelines.
