New ContributorCyclone V E with or without internal scrubbing
Good day,
we are using Cyclone V E 5CEFA5F23I7N
The handbook respectively the product ID tells, that this component does NOT provide the Option Internal Scrubbing. To have Internal Scrubbing the product ID should show the SC instead of the N as the last digit like 5CEFA5F23I7SC.
Is that correct?

Hello,
The SEU internal scrubbing feature is available for Cyclone V E, GX, SE, and SX devices with the "SC" suffix in the part number. For device availability and ordering, contact your local Altera sales representatives.

yeah I read this sentence in the documents, but it seems to be misleading to me, because I understood that ALL types excluding the SX type have the internal scrubbing and the SX type only when the SC suffix is ordered.
The handbook seems to tell that NO type has internal scrubbing, if not ordered with SC suffix.I wanted to be clear on this. To have Internal Scrubbing, every type of the listed ones has to be ordered with suffix SC, or the other way round, NO SC suffix means NO intern scrubbing for Cyclone V E, GX, SE and SX.
Is my understanding correct?

Yes, your understanding is correct.
Please order with "SC" suffix if you want internal scrubbing feature.
